We buy on strong fundamentals, targeting value-add assets in value-driven markets. We buy properties that will cash flow from day one, with the ability to force appreciation throughout the holding period.
Finance Right
We utilize long-term, fixed-rate financing to decrease interest rate risk and to conservatively leverage each asset. This allows us to cash flow throughout the entire holding period while offering consistent returns distributed quarterly.
Manage Right
Our team is vertically integrated with years of experience repositioning and stabilizing real estate assets. Through control of the entire investment process, we decrease risk and maximize returns, while maintaining a strong pulse on the operations of each property.
